More than 200 athletes participated in a challenging, yet fun event on a beautiful, sunny September day in 2007!!   Whether first-time triathletes or serious competitors, the participants enjoyed a day of mountain-biking on trails, dirt roads and cornfields, kayaking on the choppy Chesapeake Bay waters, and running past marshes and through meadows as part of the competition.  Thanks to the sponsors, there were bike services, products, massages, and delicious foods provided throughout the day.  This was truly a unique and fantastic event for CBEC and the community.  We hope to see everyone this year for more fun and exciting competition!!!
